100% Sauvignon Blanc

A complex and intensely aromatic Sauvignon Blanc.  This wine is perfumed with aromas of passion fruit and gooseberries, it is full bodied with a subtle dry grass like flavour and a creamy almost nutty complexity and a crisp ripe attractive acidity. 

This is a wine which has the substance and concentration to develop well over two to five years once the primary fruit aromas have subsided.

100% Pinot Gris

This is a full-bodied, complex dry wine.  It is a lovely example of the varietal.

It is full round and ripe in the mouth with pears, guava and papaya aromas combined with intriguing hazelnut complexity.  It has excellent length and structure.

100% Pinot Noir

This wine was aged in 25% new French oak barrels and 75% older French oak barrels. 
This has produced a subtle, well structured wine with ripe fruit tannins. 

This Pinot Noir has aromas of ripe black cherries and violets with a lovely earthy complexity. 
A full bodied elegant wine with great complexity and a lingering finish.
