100% Sauvignon Blanc

A complex and intensely aromatic Sauvignon Blanc.  This wine is perfumed with aromas of passion fruit and gooseberries, it is full bodied with a subtle dry grass like flavour and a creamy almost nutty complexity and a crisp ripe attractive acidity. 

This is a wine which has the substance and concentration to develop well over two to five years once the primary fruit aromas have subsided.

100% Chardonnay

This wine was aged in 100% French oak barrels the majority of which were older and about 20% were new.  This has produced a complex subtle wine that has intense peach, ripe nectarine like characters overlaying a creamy, hazelnut and slightly spicy character, rather than overt fruitiness.

The wine is full bodied and elegant, with a dry and crisp finish.

100% Pinot Gris

This is a full-bodied, complex dry wine.  It is a lovely example of the varietal.

It is full round and ripe in the mouth with pears, guava and papaya aromas combined with intriguing hazelnut complexity.  It has excellent length and structure.

100% Pinot Noir

This wine was aged in 25% new French oak barrels and 75% older French oak barrels. 
This has produced a subtle, well structured wine with ripe fruit tannins. 

This Pinot Noir has aromas of ripe black cherries and violets with a lovely earthy complexity. 
A full bodied elegant wine with great complexity and a lingering finish.

This Pinot Gris has delicate aromas of candied pears, with perfumed and mineral undertones. Full and rich on the palate from extended lees contact, the finish is clean and crisp in true varietal character.  Best when well chilled.

A delightful experience, starting with a deep glowing colour
followed by flavours of vibrant black cherry, chocolate and silken roses. Yet there are also integrated savoury complex depths which flow into the long lingering aftertaste.

Richly perfumed with lifted floral notes of roses, honeysuckle, quince and pear tarte. 

The full palate is of fresh ripe peaches and pears, with a hint of vanilla, on a long, creamy, dry, citrusy, mandarin finish.  Ready to drink now it will cellar well for 1-6 years.

Pale-straw with a steady stream of small bubbles giving a fine and persistent mousse.

Clean and fresh nose with complex aromas of biscuit and bread balanced with strawberry and apple fruit characters.  Fresh, lively and elegant sparkler which perfectly integrates all the primary fruit flavours.

The palate is elegantly structured with delicate, finely grained tannins.  A Pinot Noir that demonstrates an array of fruit and savoury flavours that shimmer in the mouth.

70% Merlot / 25% Cabarnet Franc / 5% Malbec

A deep garnet coloured wine with velvety smooth tannins.  Beautiful and concentrated aromas of ripe morello cherries, black plums, black berries and rich, dark chocolate.

A lovely wine that drinks well now, but will cellar for the next 7 years.

The wine has fresh aromas of red plums and cherries with hints wild thyme and spice, balanced by subdued cedar and toast notes from barrel aging. The palate is subtle and silky, with fine oak tannins.

An elegant wine that was bottled without fining and filtering. Ready to enjoy now, but will reward cellaring and gain in complexity and subtlety with further bottle aging.
