The rich, savoury character of Shiraz is enhanced by Viognier, adding an aromatic dimension to the wine.  The Mourvedre component brings an amount of wild berry and spice to this blend. 

Earth, pepper-spice and hints of dark chocolate support the richness of ripe fruit.

100% Shiraz

A flagship wine of Rooiberg’s Reserve selection. This is an opulent, full bodied wine, displaying rich, concentrated spicy and black pepper flavours heightened by 18 months in French oak. 

A touch of liquorice contributes to the lengthy and highly pleasing finish.

100% Shiraz

Well balanced deep red ruby colour, wonderful flavours with hints of spice, smokiness, pepper and blackcurrants. 

Good fleshy fruit backed by firm tannins.

The Bedrock Black Syrah fills the mouth with black fruit flavours, of dark chocolate, pepper and soft ripe tannins.

100% Shiraz

The grapes were desiccated on the vine and fermented as whole bunches, together with the stalks. Matured for sixteen months in new French oak. 

A dark red with a floral nose, noble bitterness and good tannin structure on the palate.  Very elegantly made wine!!
