Top of the Hill is only produced in exceptional vintages and when the current, ninth generation winemaker Daniel de Waal deems it suitable for release. Production is limited to a meagre 200 cases.
Ink dark wine with intense flavours of rich black plum fruit, cigars, dark chocolate and spiciness. A full bodied and very elegant Pinotage.
Maturation potential of 10-20 years.
