Typically cool climate Sauvignon Blanc with a fresh, crisp fruit structure in a wide spectrum of flavours and aromas ranging from ripe passion and kiwi fruit to fig and fresh cut grass, superbly balanced with a zingy minerally acidity. 

Further complexity is created through depth and mouth feel by the blending of the 7% barrel fermented Semillon.
